The plan, day by day

  1. Day 1The Stage-Gate Analysis. Objectively assess your current position. Document key metrics: monthly listeners, follower counts, engagement rates, and revenue streams. Using our framework, categorize your career as 'Emerging,' 'Growing,' or 'Established.' This is your strategic starting point.
  2. Day 2The Creative Inventory Audit. Catalog your entire inventory of unreleased work. List every finished song, developed demo, and viable concept. Be exhaustive. Quantify your assets to understand what you are capable of delivering in the near term.
  3. Day 3The Format Decision. Cross-reference your career stage from Day 1 with your creative inventory from Day 2. For your primary goal (e.g., audience growth, fan conversion, or legacy statement), select the optimal format: single, EP, or album. Write a one-page document justifying your decision.
