The plan, day by day

1. Day 1Estimate your numbers at each stage: monthly listeners, followers, email list, paying supporters.
2. Day 2Calculate the conversion rate between each stage. Identify the worst.
3. Day 3Write down three specific reasons that stage is leaking — be brutally honest.
4. Day 4Pick one fix you can execute this week. One only.
5. Day 5Execute. Track baseline numbers before you start.
6. Day 6Run the fix again. Refine based on what you learned on day five.
7. Day 7Document what you changed and the result. Schedule a 30-day re-check.
