The plan, day by day

1. Day 1Identify your next single and its official release date. Write down the primary target audience in one sentence (e.g., 'Listeners of cinematic indie-folk playlists').
2. Day 2Write a 150-word pitch that focuses exclusively on the story, sound, and mood of the new single. Do not mention your career history.
3. Day 3Test for emotional resonance. Record a 30-second, unedited vertical video on your phone. Speak directly to the camera and explain the one feeling you hope listeners experience when they hear this song. This is a powerful, personal asset.
4. Day 4Leverage AI. Using your pitch from Day 2, prompt an AI writing tool: 'Shorten this into a 50-word version for an email subject line and preview text. Make it compelling and focused on mood.' Select the best option.
5. Day 5Create a new, private folder in Dropbox or Google Drive. Add the WAV, MP3, cover art, the 150-word pitch, and the vertical video. Name the folder '[Artist Name] - [Song Title] EPK.' This is your pitch kit.
