In this 3-day challenge, you'll treat a song's lyrics as a business asset. You will create a definitive lyric sheet, use AI for verification, and analyze its commercial potential, ensuring your creative work is properly documented for collection.
The plan, day by day
- Day 1Choose one of your songs. Create a final, definitive lyric sheet in a text document. At the bottom, list all co-writers and their percentage splits. This is now your master document.
- Day 2Find a demo recording of the chosen song. Use an AI transcription tool to generate a lyric sheet from the audio. Compare the AI's output to your master document from Day 1 and correct any discrepancies.
- Day 3From your definitive lyric sheet, identify the single most emotionally potent line. Write a one-sentence pitch for a music supervisor explaining why this line is perfect for a scene depicting 'hopeful uncertainty' or another specific emotion.
