Conduct a high-level strategic review of your music portfolio to identify hidden growth opportunities.

This 2-day challenge shifts you into the CEO mindset. You will use data and AI to analyze your catalog's performance and devise a concrete, no-budget action step to stimulate organic growth.

The plan, day by day

  1. Day 1: Data Analysis with AIReview your streaming analytics for the past 90 days. Identify your top three performing songs from your back catalog (not new releases). For one of these songs, use an AI chatbot with this prompt: 'My song [Title] is performing well. Give me 3 no-budget marketing ideas to boost it further based on the theme of [Song's Theme].' This is applying the 'AI for Musicians' skillset.
  2. Day 2: Strategic Action & Resonance ChecChoose the single best idea from the AI's output and create a plan to execute it this week. Before you do, perform one final check: Write down the core feeling of that song. Does the marketing idea you chose amplify and honor that emotional resonance? If not, adjust it until it does. A CEO ensures brand and product alignment.
