The plan, day by day
- Day 1: Catalog AuditCreate a simple spreadsheet of all your finished songs. Add columns for: 'Registered with PRO? (Y/N),' 'Split Sheet Complete? (Y/N),' and 'Key Collaborators.'
- Day 2: Split Sheet SessionChoose one un-documented collaboration from your audit. Contact your collaborator(s) and finalize the ownership percentages. Create and sign a split sheet.
- Day 3: AI-Powered MetadataSelect three songs from your catalog. Using an AI tool as taught in 'AI for Musicians', generate a list of 10-15 descriptive keywords, moods, and instrumental tags for each. This is sync-pitching prep.
- Day 4: Registration BlockSelect one unregistered song from your audit. Log into your PRO and publishing administrator portals and register the work completely. Time this task.
- Day 5: Emotional Resonance & ValueListen to the song you registered yesterday. Write down three sentences describing the specific feeling you intended to create. This connects the administrative act to the art's core value.
