The plan, day by day
- Day 1Define Your Fan Segments. On a document, create three columns: 'Casual Listener,' 'Engaged Follower,' and 'Superfan.' List the typical behaviors and platforms for each segment in your audience.
- Day 2Build the Ladder. For each fan segment, brainstorm and assign at least one priced product or service. Be specific with pricing (e.g., Casual: Free Stream; Engaged: $25 Hoodie; Superfan: $75 Signed Vinyl).
