The plan, day by day

  1. Day 1Define Your Fan Segments. On a document, create three columns: 'Casual Listener,' 'Engaged Follower,' and 'Superfan.' List the typical behaviors and platforms for each segment in your audience.
  2. Day 2Build the Ladder. For each fan segment, brainstorm and assign at least one priced product or service. Be specific with pricing (e.g., Casual: Free Stream; Engaged: $25 Hoodie; Superfan: $75 Signed Vinyl).
