Challenge: The 4-Day Fan-Curator Activation

Turn your listeners into your most powerful playlisting asset. Activate your community in four days.

This challenge shifts the focus from pitching outwards to activating inwards. You will execute a series of prompts designed to encourage your existing audience to create and share playlists featuring your music.

The plan, day by day

1. Day 1Identify the 'seed' song. Choose one track from your catalog with a very clear, strong mood. Write down three words that describe this mood.
2. Day 2Test for Emotional Resonance. Go live on social media for 10 minutes. Tell the story behind your seed song and the feeling you tried to capture. Ask your audience what activities or moods the song pairs well with.
3. Day 3Use AI for the Call-to-Action. Following our AI for Musicians guide, use ChatGPT to write a short, compelling caption that asks your followers to create a playlist built around your seed song's mood. Post this on your primary social channel.
4. Day 4Amplify and Reward. Search for the playlists your fans have created. Share your favorites to your Stories, thanking each creator by name. This positive reinforcement loop is critical.
