The plan, day by day
- Day 1Assemble your core brand assets: your official artist logo, brand color hex codes, key fonts, and a selection of high-resolution, professional photos.
- Day 2Design a clean, one-page layout in a tool like Canva, Figma, or Pages. Create clearly delineated sections: Artist Bio, The Song, Key Links, and Rights Information.
- Day 3Use an AI writing assistant to generate a 75-word professional artist biography. Prompt it with your genre, key achievements, and brand keywords. Refine the output to match your voice.
- Day 4Populate the 'The Song' section using the creative copy from the Songwriting & Craft challenge. Assess if the description of the song's Emotional Resonance feels authentic to your overall brand presentation.
- Day 5Perform a final review. Is the document easy to scan in 30 seconds? Does it look and feel like a premium, trustworthy proposal? Save this as your 'Master Pitch Template V1'.
