The plan, day by day

  1. 1Select a smart link provider for your pre-save that allows for email list integration. Connect it to your email service provider.
  2. 2Draft a 'Welcome' email that will be automatically sent to everyone who pre-saves. Reiterate the song's story and thank them for joining your community.
  3. 3Create a new 'Pre-save Superfans' segment or tag in your email list. All new signups from the campaign will be added to this group.
  4. 4Use an AI tool to analyze the comments on your pre-save announcement posts from a past release. Ask it to identify the top 3 emotions expressed by your audience.
  5. 5Review your automated 'Welcome' email. Does it align with the emotions your audience commonly associates with your music? Tweak the copy to improve its Emotional Resonance.
