The plan, day by day
- Day 1List twenty specific emotional words. Pick one. Write it on a sticky note above your workspace.
- Day 2Write the single concrete image that holds the word. One sentence, no metaphors.
- Day 3Draft a hook that contains the image without naming the emotion.
- Day 4Write verse one as the moment leading up to the image.
- Day 5Write verse two as the moment after.
- Day 6Choose chords and tempo by asking only: does this serve the word?
- Day 7Record a one-take voice-and-instrument demo. Save it. Move on.
