Translate your strongest song into the foundational language of your press kit.

This 5-day challenge guides you through a process of deconstructing the emotional and narrative core of one song and rebuilding it as the key descriptive text for your EPK.

The plan, day by day

1. Day 1Select your single most powerful, representative track. Write a one-sentence summary of what this song is about, from a lyrical and thematic perspective.
2. Day 2Pressure-test emotional resonance. Play the track for one person who has never heard it. Without giving them any context, ask them to write down three words describing how it made them feel. Compare their words to your own.
3. Day 3Leverage AI. Using an AI writing assistant, input your Day 1 sentence and the emotional words from Day 2. Prompt it to 'Generate 5 short, evocative descriptions of a song with these themes and moods, suitable for a press kit.'
4. Day 4Write a single, 100-word paragraph that describes the song for a music supervisor. Focus on mood, tempo, and potential cinematic scenes. Be direct and professional.
5. Day 5Rewrite the first paragraph of your artist bio. Start with the most compelling description from Day 3 and seamlessly connect it to your identity as an artist.
