The plan, day by day

1. 1Audit your song's metadata. Confirm ISRC and UPC codes are generated. Verify all collaborator information (names, roles, publisher info) is 100% correct.
2. 2Finalize and execute your split sheet. Email a signed PDF to all co-writers and your publisher. This document is non-negotiable.
3. 3Register the composition. Log in to your PRO portal (e.g., ASCAP, BMI) and publisher's portal. Register the work with the correct splits and metadata from Day 2.
4. 4Use an AI spreadsheet tool to create a simple royalty forecast. Model your estimated day-one streams based on a 2% conversion rate of your Instagram followers, and calculate the potential mechanical and performance royalties.
5. 5Write the 'About The Song' section for your pre-save landing page. Focus on the Emotional Resonance. Share a one-paragraph story of its creation to give fans a reason to feel invested in its success.
