This challenge is a simple introduction to leveraging AI for business administration. You will identify and automate one recurring task, reinvesting the time saved directly into creative exploration and strategic thinking about your artistic mission.
The plan, day by day
- Day 1Identify one recurring administrative task you consistently avoid (e.g., categorizing business expenses, drafting a weekly update email, brainstorming social content). Use an AI tool to complete this task in under 15 minutes.
- Day 2With the time you saved yesterday, spend at least 30 minutes on a purely creative exercise with no commercial goal. Improvise a new melody, write a free-form verse, or experiment with a new plugin. The only goal is exploration.
- Day 3Use an AI assistant to draft a one-paragraph mission statement for your artist business. Then, spend 15 minutes rewriting it in your own words. Gut-check: does your version feel authentic and does it clearly connect your business goals to your core emotional and artistic purpose?
